I ordered a 2.4m long underdesk cable tray for collection at the local warehouse. The ordering process was quick and efficient and the price the best online. Local collection from the warehouse was available to avoid delivery charges. I subsequently received an email with the address of the warehouse telling me that the item was available for collection and went to pick it up. On arrival it transpires that the 2.4m versions were not in stock locally and would need to be brought over from east.... Whilst that wasn't particularly impressive, the response of the lady in the warehouse was excellent as she immediately offered two shorter 1.5m units which would cover the required length if I trimmed them down (an easy job). Actually these worked better for my application. Although the cost of two shorter lengths would have been greater, they were offered (without asking) at no extra cost. So all in all a great product, excellent customer service and a very favorable experience all up, despite a minor blip. Would definitely look to buy from Value Office Furniture again.

2 day delivery with the standard option, was called to ensure I’d be home about 2 hours prior to drop-off, delivery guy was super nice, quality of the desk is amazing. All up great experience! Super fast delivery and would happily shop here again!

I had exhausted several other big box home office furniture options when my mum sourced this company for me and I was pleased she did! Some colours and finishes were limited due to the COVID-19 crisis, but they had enough options to find the right study desk for my teenager. Staff answered all my questions with really good product and stock knowledge which is a rarity these days, and delivery was fast. The desk I ordered came with no instructions for assembly, but it wasn't hard to work out and they did say they were there if I needed help. The desk is a simple design of good quality, so it will last much longer than several other brands we were considering.

This is my second review in a few days. After receiving the desk I have noticed that the desk top had a small chip. I contacted customer support (Clive) to find out if I had any options available and Clive was very helpful in a few minutes he organised for a new desk top to be delivered the next day. The delivery arrived on time and the delivery driver was very helpful. I have been recommending Value Office Furniture to colleagues and family and friends. I found the details online and as with every online order I was a bit anxious about the level of service and the quality of the product that I would receive. Very good experience. Customer service replied to my questions very promptly. I placed the order on Tuesday and the desk was delivered the following day as communicated via email. My order was delivered very quickly at a very busy time of year, dealing with the order was a bit of an issue with card declined for no reason first go but accepted after second attempt. Delivery went very smoothly with a very freindly and courteous team.Assembly was easy only issue was the locking mechanisim on the door seams to stick so need to check all adjustments etc before i will be game to use that.Thank you product is as expected and service was very good.
