Introduction

The purpose of this policy is to clarify the terms and conditions relevant to ‘change of mind’ credits and refunds.

  • Customer to obtain authorisation from Value Office Furniture before returning goods
  • If authorisation is given, a shipping label will be provided to attach to the box/es
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date
  • The returned goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in a brand new, saleable condition
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the total cost will be payable and an administration fee of $20 may be applied
  • Goods to be returned at the customer’s cost
  • If we are directed to collect the goods, a pickup fee of $60 will apply (metro areas only)
  • All risk in the goods remains with the customer until received back in our warehouse
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if our terms are not met
