Use this $39 delivery fee if you originally selected the ‘pick up’ option at the checkout, when you purchased your items but now require delivery
Please provide the following information in the ‘comments box’ at the checkout, so that we can identify you, and link your original purchase to this delivery fee:
- Order number (can be found at the top of your order that was emailed to you)
- Name
- Phone number
Select the ‘pick up’ option at the checkout so you are not charged an additional $39
