I was very pleased with the time frame my questions were answered and the delivery was very smooth and the delivery guys polite. My only suggestion is we have not put the table together yet because it came with no tools needed to assemble and we were not aware we needed them. So I would suggest listing the tools required to assemble. If I had known at time of ordering I would have paid for assembly. As it is now I need to wait until someone in the office can bring in his tool set.

It was really hard not to give this four stars due to a missing wheel on a chair in transit, but not the fault of value office furniture.Communication was excellent, good value. Showroom experience wasn't the best, was very hot and stuffy and after a while we got the message it was time to leave. That said the gentleman giving us the tour was friendly and helpful. Will certainly continue buying from them in future, highly recommended.

Ordered a credenza unit for our reception area. Our order was received in under 24 hours and we had great communication via email regarding our delivery. Our Sydney office have just bought two FLIP-TOP TABLES from Value Office Furniture. Quality are good, and reasonable price. Cost of Delivery and Assemble are slightly higher than some of their peers, but the best part is that the delivery and assembly services are their own company, rather than Outsource contractor. This meant that the entire process from Order through to on-site assemble is a ONE STOP SHOP, very Well managed and Control within their scheduled time-line.Georgia Bruce is very helpful from the 1st call I make to their 1300 xxx number, Georgia follow through with me on all 4 phone call in 2 hours, to ensure that I am happy with my decision on the purchase. Product is great, but the method of delivery was actually *too* efficient. I received an email at 9.30am (i.e. the working day had already started) to inform me that I should expect delivery on that same day, within the hour in fact.Because of this, I had to totally reorganise my day to ensure my delivery (which I had requested be left on my property) was not stolen.Ideally there should be at least 24 hours notice given to allow the customer adequate time to prepare themselves, otherwise they may be caught out like I was.
