The purpose of this policy is to clarify the terms and conditions relevant to ‘change of mind’ credits and refunds.

·         Customer to obtain authorisation from Value Office Furniture before returning goods

·         If authorisation is given, a shipping label will be provided to attach to the box/es

·         Goods must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date

·         The returned goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in a brand new, saleable condition

·         A restocking fee of 15% of the total cost will be payable and an administration fee of $20 may be applied

·         Goods to be returned at the customer’s cost

·         If we are directed to collect the goods, a pick up fee of $60 will apply (metro areas only)

·         All risk in the goods remains with the customer until received back in our warehouse

·         We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if our terms are not met
